Our Customer Service Department includes continuous profile management, ensuring efficient follow-up and response to messages received in the inbox, as well as comments on posts. We will be available to address customer needs and inquiries quickly and effectively, providing a positive and satisfying experience. Furthermore, we have developed supplementary materials with the brand's tone of voice and frequently asked questions.

The responsible team will utilize accessible technologies to ensure the quality of the captured images, with simple Motion Design inserts to enrich the visual content. Capture sessions are organized into two sessions every two weeks. After capture, the videos will be edited and delivered in vertical format, with a duration of 1 minute each, ideal for the TikTok platform. The deadline for delivery of the final material will be 10 business days after capture.

Audiovisual Production with Motion Design Inserts

In this service, image capture will be performed using professional camera equipment, aiming to ensure the highest visual quality. The team will consist of experienced camera operators and producers to capture scenes accurately and professionally. Additionally, complex Motion Design inserts will be performed to enrich the audiovisual content, adding aesthetic and creative value to the productions. Like the previous option, capture sessions can be organized according to two options. After capture, the videos will be edited and delivered in vertical format, with a duration of 1 minute each, suitable for the TikTok platform.
